Coupling western European quality and process with eastern cost down initiative, all of our sites have achieved ISO status with the Lloyds register.

Tiburon Dunnage

For Body in white and Power Train racks we (with our own in house tooling) produce Tiburon Dunnage. This is our own equivalent of polyurethane, that has proven over 10 years to be a more durable and recyclable alternative to the more expensive PU.

BTCbagsys

Our trim and final racks are fitted with many different types of Dunnage ranging from the simplest of Poly Liners to the more intricate bag systems. (“BTCbagsys”), all of which are produced according every single requirement.

Trailers & Dollies

Stillages.com also specialise in designing and/or manufacturing dedicated equipment. This can include line side special equipment, such as tilting trailers and dollies to overhead conveyor systems.
